An account is considered inactive if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. slotplus Casino reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee to dormant accounts in accordance with its prevailing fee schedule, which will be communicated to Members via the registered email address prior to any deduction.
slotplus Casino supports deposits and withdrawals via the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank bank transfer. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). slotplus Casino does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — all payment methods used must be registered in the Member's own name.
The minimum deposit amount on slotplus Casino is ₱100. Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your account instantly. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) business day to reflect, depending on the processing times of the relevant financial institution.
Withdrawal requests submitted by verified Members are processed by slotplus Casino within an average of fifteen (15) minutes. However, slotplus Casino reserves the right to take up to three (3) business days to process withdrawals in cases where additional verification is required. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200.
Before processing any withdrawal, slotplus Casino may require you to complete KYC verification by submitting a valid Philippine government-issued identification document (such as a passport, driver's license, SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, or UMID card) and proof of address. Bonus Funds credited to your slotplus Casino account must be wagered a specified number of times before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements must be met within the stated validity period; failure to do so will result in the automatic expiry and removal of the Bonus Funds.

If you believe that a game result is incorrect, you must contact slotplus Casino support within seventy-two (72) hours of the disputed game round. slotplus Casino will investigate the matter and provide a resolution within a reasonable timeframe. All game results are logged and auditable.

slotplus Casino's total aggregate liability to any Member in connection with any claim arising under or in relation to this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
slotplus Casino does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, to the fullest extent permissible under applicable law.

slotplus Casino reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms & Conditions, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete KYC verification, or receipt of a self-exclusion request.
Upon termination of a Member's account, all Bonus Funds and associated winnings will be forfeited. Real Money Funds held in the account at the time of closure will be returned to the Member via the original deposit method, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and the deduction of any amounts owed to slotplus Casino.
Members may request the closure of their slotplus Casino account at any time by contacting our support team. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any remaining Real Money Balance will be returned to the Member following successful KYC verification.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with this Agreement, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be submitted to slotplus Casino's internal dispute resolution process.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through slotplus Casino's internal process within thirty (30) days of submission, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate regulatory authority or competent courts of the Philippines. slotplus Casino is committed to resolving all Member disputes fairly, transparently, and in a timely manner.
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
